Characteristics:
Flexo plate is one protruding plate with elasticity, which consists of three parts: sensitization resin layer, protection film that can get a copy with 2% to 95% mesh points and fine hatching and open line. The thickness of plate includes 1.14、1.70、2.28、2.54、2.84、3.94、7.00mm, etc.

Installation:
High quality adhesive double face glue shall be used to install the printing plate to guarantee the good stickiness to printing roller.

Adaptability of Printing Ink and Solvent
It is adapt to oil base and water base flexo printing ink as well as some active agent mixing solvent.

Illumination and Storage:
The unexposed flexo plate is put in cool and dry location (4-28℃) which is away from heat source and light source. The expose room temperature shall be adequate with the humidity of 40~80%. The light of plate-making room shall be orange daylight lamp or put the UV protection film onto normal daylight lamp tube. The printing plate taking off from roller shall be cleaned with the alcohol. Store it and avoid the ozone, sunlight and too much daylight.
