1. Back Expose
1.1 The base seat of flexo plate shall be exposed to UVA.
1.2 Control the thickness of plate base.

2. Main Expose
2.1 Move the protection film, film roll and contact with flexo plate.
2.2 The film roll with the penetration of UV radiation will facilitate the solidification of flexo plate sensitization. The duration of main expose time influences the connection of meshpoint and base seat, the angle of protruding part and base seat as well as the depth of reversing part.

3. Cleaning
The resin without the solidification of UV radiation is washed away by solvent to keep the sensitization solidification figure.

4. Drying
The solvent penetrating into printing plate vaporizes.

5. Post Exposure
Solidify the desensitization and incomplete solidification printing plate to improve the durability of printing plate.

6. De-adhesiveness Treatment
Remove the adhesiveness of the surface, so that it will have good ink transferring features.
