1. Mechanical construction: The whole body is stainless steel with acid-resistant paint frame and polyvinyl chloride case. The waste gas frame is released from the bottom of the body.
2. Driving system: The whole line is bevel gear driving and AC variable frequency control and the driving is stable and even.
3. Electrolysis system: Infusion method alternating-current electrolysis. Multi-layer grain electrolysis process, electrolytic grain is even and fine, and its harshness is easy to adjust.
4. Oxidizing system: It adopts liquid conduction, anode oxidizing process and SCR voltage regulation, which can save 35% electricity.
5. Coating system: It adopts the Japan Photoelectric technology mechanism controls the high or low speed when the plate is in or out by the photoelectron. Four rollers coat in frequency control which makes the coating even without tracks and good glassiness.
6. Drying system: It adopts sectional construction, there-level temperature-controlled area, and far infrared heating. The interior wall of the baking oven is stainless steel lined with thermal insulation material. It is digitally temperature control, accuracy is ± 1℃.
