PS and CTP Plate is the most comprehensive applied offset plate in the printing industry; China has been developed into a world manufacture plant of offset plate. LANDYTOP Printing Products (the former TaiYi Group) teamed up with China Printing research station to open up the PS Plate, which is the earliest company that produces PS plate, PS plate sheet fed automatic production line and PS plate roller auto production Line. So far LANDYTOP Printing has already established a lot of PS plate roller production lines for our customers in China, for instance: Beijing Xinhua Printing House, Peking printing second factory, Hubei Danjiang character six-zero-five factory, Jiangsu Taixing Xinda printing equipment Co., Ltd and etc.

LANDYTOP Printing Products has established an independent institute for PS Plate production line and the core is general engineer from(old China printing science institute) Fuji film star light, now it has developed and run the CTP and PS plate production line successfully. LANDYTOP Printing Products Co., Ltd is in possess of several country patents technology in PS plate production equipments field, which is combined with advanced technique from Japan, Europe, United States of America, and others advanced countries techniques to better the production line perfect and mature. In 2008, LANDYTOP Printing Products Co., Ltd has established the first professional CTP plate roller auto production line with the line speed 18m/min for Shanghai Sensinp Photosensitive Material Technologic Co., Ltd., meanwhile LANDYTOP Printing has built two lines for Hunan Shaodong new-Aluminum Co., Ltd, one line for Henan Yuxing Printing Equipment Co., Ltd, all the speed of these lines is 15m/min. In addition, roller PS plate production lines for Shangahi YongLun (Hubei branch), Taixing Yunnan (3 lines in total), Henan Tiangong, Fuxing, and Zhongyuan and etc have been putted into operation successfully. In 2008, LANDYTOP Printing Products Co., Ltd has made outstanding contribution for PS plate industry.

The flexo plate (aniline plate) is mainly used for manufacturing and printing various corrugated cartons, paper boxes, plastic packing, adhesive tape, label (cigarette and cloth label), LCD field, book, newspaper printing and etc. The flexo pate printing shall be the final development trend of packing industry in China even to the world.

The company possesses its independent R&D institution and keeps the long, close-knit cooperation relationship with the USA DuPont Company. In 1984, LANDYTOP Printing Products (The former Taiyi Group) launched the first self-made flexo plate making line and successfully entered into the Chinese market. In 1990, LANDYTOP Printing RZW continuous flexo plate making machine and solvent recycling machine were also launched successfully, which indicated the birth of the first self-made high quality continuous flexo plate making line in China. In 1997, roller flexo plate washer machine is manufactured jointly by LANDYTOP Printing and a Taiwan company, ten years’ feedback testify that the machine’s washing quality, stability usage and reliability further surpass the continuous flexo plate making line, and it is the prior product for the high aim clients of flexo plate making line. Liquid flexo plate making line has the gradually development trend of substitution solid flexo plate. It has some merits but solid flexo plate is not of, 1. Low cost. 2. The clients needn’t store plate. 3. Washing with clean water, environmental plate making. In 2007, LANDYTOP Printing Products manufactured liquid plate making machine with cooperation of America and South Korea, the machine was exported to America and UK. Now “LANDYTOP Printing” has been the world manufacture plant of liquid plate making machine.
